Software proven to empower teams

Our software integrates people with processes and technology to make integrated frontline work management possible. Our software solves the last mile, connecting IT and OT systems with frontline teams.

Experience has shown that the combination of software and coordinated management helps operations improve performance.

Commit Works Software

Our software seamlessly pulls together the right information, from the right places and presents it to the right people at the right time – so they get what they need to be productive every shift.

We work with site teams to understand their processes, discover what matters, confirm requirements, then implement and train their people using our specialist skills and experience. We do this both remotely and by spending time with people on site.

This unique, fully integrated, operational management backbone helps operations move from a mish mash of complex spreadsheets, paper and whiteboards to a fully integrated work management system in a matter of weeks.

Truly integrated work management

A way to understand the breadth of our product suite is by seeing how it maps onto a typical management operating system or the “wiring” that is often used to manage operations.

Our tools cover all of the elements of a typical MOS or wiring system. This means it’s much easier to implement and sustain than the typical tools sites are using now.

"Of all the various bits of software that can be introduced to the workforce, I would suggest Commit Works is among the most disruptive and with the highest impact potential."

Mark FranklinManaging Director, First Principles Consulting

"Commit Works is the backbone of our operations and played its part in achieving a record year in 2017."

Our solutions enable rapid, sustainable performance improvements because teams use them to:

Integrate IT/OT and planning systems

We typically interface with planning systems such as deswik, SAP, Ellipse, Pulse, EPS or RPM to bring in the work that has been planned in these tools.

We can also connect to fleet management systems such as Pitram, Minetec, Newtrax, SCADA or PLOD sheet tools to bring in data that enables short interval control (SIC) and tells us whether tasks are on target or have been completed.

Integrate IT/OT systems

Empower coordinated teams

CiteOps is designed to help everyone on site collaborate with each other so that they can give well-coordinated shift plans to crews every shift.

The key to this is that everyone is working in the same system and can see the work that is going to affect each other. This breaks down the silos and greatly reduces the opportunity for clashes and waste.

The product is used in weekly planning, daily commitment, preshift and handover meetings to ensure everyone understands the plan.

Empower coordinated teams

Share real-time information

CiteOps is used alongside CiteVis throughout the shift by supervisors, crew and the control room to ensure everyone is working on the plan.

Finally the data about the work that has been completed and the progress made against KPIs is made available to teams in reports that are used for daily and weekly review meetings.

This data is also provided in an analytics package along with any other data you want to report on so that reliability and business improvement teams can do their work.
