With a focus on achieving improved operational discipline and shift-to-shift stability, in November 2022 the mine implemented CiteOps for all its operations including core mining cycle activities and support activities.

In the second quarter of 2023, once the tool was adopted, the mine focused its daily management on monitoring the execution intervals of the critical enabling tasks that produce slippage at each face and producing favorable results for the operation’s costs.
